I'll agree it's got all the elements necessary to be riveting enough to watch all the way through--specifically, the judicial underpinning, the use of emblematic age-regressive ear-pulling, and the dynamic of the "subject" progressing rapidly from defiance to contrition.

The spanker is Molly. Works in NYC as I recall. Used to see her on the web but nothing in quite a while. Maybe it's just me, but I think she has great legs; well worth the trip over them!
I'm a mostly dom male with a switch side. This was a good clip, for several reasons: first, I find much of F/M out there to be brutal.
