In Japan, office spanking, like smoking, is now required by law to take place outside business premises. And, while there was some initial grumbling about the discomfort of conducting disciplinary action in the cold winter air, the country's managerial class appear to have adapted well to the new regulations.
According to a recent survey, incidents of workplace corporal punishment are down slightly, but critics argue this is due to underreporting of employee spanking now that the punishments can take place out of eye and earshot of co-workers.
Survey results suggest that the number-one outdoors location for corporal punishment of staff is the "back stairs" -- a contention supported by a series of pictures taken using "spycams" hidden in keyholes and windows facing these locations.

Aunty, is this custom for real? It's exciting to think so but in any event the pics are enjoyable. Oh, and what are the disciplnary measures used around your office??
Anon -- I sometimes takes liberties with the truth when it comes to news reports about Japanese spanking. Fantasize along with me :) My office, however, is a very disciplinary place -- but I'm rarely on the receiving end .

A friend of mine (obviously also into spanking) told me that he Japanese coworker had told him stories about being spanked in her boss's office back in Japan. I felt for sure she was pulling his legs but perhaps there are actually merits to her stories? O.o
