Yes, those strokes are too high! But that guy was probably "feeling no pain" anyway.
*smiles*i know this was posted long ago, but i had to mention that it looks a whole lot to me like they're on bourbon street (i've been on that strip many many many times) and nothing is odd on bourbon!yeah. no pain. after three hurricanes, anything goes!~mikkisubbie_bunny.livejournal.com
